All Libertas Content Manager customers have access to our online support materials, which include a range of how-to's, frequently asked questions and animated tutorials. In addition email based support is included.

In addition we offer an extra level of telephone support with guaranteed response times. This is included in our Enterprise Package and pricing is available on request should you feel that your organisation would benefit from this extra cover.

Live online help is also available and allows us to help with common problems via your own computer. All you need is a web browser, and we can securely connect and assist you as you work.

On-site support is available should you require, and rates are available on request.
