The administration group is the only group to have all options available to them on the system. Although access can be altered by the administrator for various groups, only the tasks set for the user group by the administrator will be seen and used by the individual user - all other options and links will not be available through that log in. Therefore management can have complete confidence that those without authority cannot alter system preferences or perform tasks not assigned to them.
