Group management
As your organisation grows, your requirements from the system will develop, as too will your group requirements. UDo empowers authorised users to set the access level of your user groups, controlling what they can use and information they can see on your website. This feature will increase the security and integrity of your content, while creating an extra feature for your clients as they may gain restricted access to a password protected section of your website.
At log-in, each user can only see the areas they have access to on the website, therefore they will not be able to view restricted information or change the site structure or system preferences. This is carried on in the site map available to the user. Due to restriction settings within the group manager, non-administration users will not have access to the administration side of your site. Restriction settings will also limit the actions of administrative groups, so that management can retain control over the delegation of website tasks.
