Content editor
The rich text editor is part of the page creator, and empowers non-IT professionals to create and amend web based content. Personnel that can use a word processor will easily navigate the system, without the need for training or knowledge in HTML.
If the information is published directly to the site by an authorised user, having entered a summary and keywords for search engine optimisation on that page, the information will appear immediately once the page is refreshed (F5). If the page is saved as a draft, or if it is sent to approver, the information will not appear on the live website until it is published by an authorised user.
